У меня жена просто поступала, без мудрых книг.
В 9 вечера ребенок укладывается в егойную кровать, свет выключается.
Если ребенок заскули - к нему подойди, приласкать и уйти опять.
Вот двоих так и приучили с 9 вечера всю ночь спать
